MAHLE is seeking a Maintenance Injection Engineer in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico to ensure the integrity and performance of injection systems. You will plan preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and lead technical staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in injection molding environments.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Experience operating and maintaining injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Master Molding certification or equivalent hands-on expertise in injection molding processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of drives and servo drives is preferred.

Your Contribution

As a Maintenance Injection Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and performance of injection systems, supporting maintenance activities, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.

• Planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Failure analysis and development of action plans.
• Monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, availability).
• Spare parts management and support to warehouse operations.
• Supervision and leadership of technical personnel.
• Participation in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in injection molding environments.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel).
• Experience operating and maintaining injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Master Molding certification or equivalent hands-on expertise in injection molding processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of drives and servo drives is preferred.
