MAHLE in Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor/Coordinator to lead maintenance activities at our facility. The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, improving process reliability, and supporting a safe, high-quality, and productive assembly operation through effective maintenance leadership.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a similar position and strong knowledge of maintenance management, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, control systems and PLCs.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance supervision or coordinator role.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of maintenance management.
• Knowledge of electricity, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Familiarity with control systems and PLCs.
• Experience with vision systems is preferred.
• Budget management experience.
• English proficiency is desirable.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, Maintenance Supervisor or Coordinator.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of maintenance management.
• Knowledge of electricity, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Control systems.
• PLCs.
• Vision systems.
• Budget management.
• English proficiency is desirable.
