Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment in an industrial setting required.
• Read and interpret electrical/pneumatic diagrams; experience with PLCs and HMIs required.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze downtime and maintenance history to improve uptime, MTBF, MTTR.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities and TPM initiatives.
• Troubleshoot automation and controls issues with PLCs, HMIs, motion systems, and robots.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
