Hilton in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico seeks a Maintenance Assistant Manager to uphold safety, efficiency, and guest comfort on-site.

Coordinate routine maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas, respond quickly to service requests, and lead preventive inspections while documenting work and flagging issues for the team.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
