Hilton Monterrey is seeking a Kitchen Help to support our busy culinary team and deliver the light and warmth of hospitality to every guest.

In this on-site role at our Monterrey property, you will set up equipment, assist with plating, help with inventory, and maintain cleanliness while following health and safety standards. Join a globally renowned brand creating memorable stays for guests in Mexico.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or food service environment.
• Demonstrates a strong guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare kitchen equipment: Set up, clean, organize, and stage equipment.
• Support inventory management: Assist with receiving deliveries and storing stock.
• Assist with food service: Help with plating, dish-ups, and transporting prepared items.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform cleaning tasks and waste removal.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a As Kitchen Help, you’re not just supporting the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare kitchen equipment: Set up, clean, organize, and stage equipment including hot boxes, Chef Garde Manager stations, speed racks, and Queen Marys
• Support inventory management: Assist with receiving deliveries and properly storing/organizing stock
• Assist with food service: Help with plating, dish-ups, and transporting prepared items
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well‑being
