Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Metallurgical/Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical).
• 5–6 years in manufacturing or production operations leading teams or shifts.
• English proficiency at a proficient level.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and comply with internal HSE guidelines.
• Lead quality improvement activities for processes and products; develop improvement plans and audits.
• Coordinate production workflow to meet production demand.
• Process, consolidate, and analyze manufacturing cost information to support budgets and savings.
• Promote Nemak values and improve employee satisfaction and the work environment.
• Promote environmental sustainability by rationalizing gas, electricity, and water consumption.
• Maintain integration with service departments and suppliers based on trust and collaboration.
• Develop employee capabilities by identifying training needs and scheduling learning.
• Participate in New Program Launches with cross-functional teams.
