Atlas Copco in Mexico is seeking a Business Development Manager for Machine Vision Solutions. You will drive commercial development of MVS across Mexico, acting as the main technical-commercial partner for customers seeking inspection, robot guidance, metrology, and production intelligence solutions.

You will build strategic account plans, grow the MVS pipeline, coordinate internal resources, and handover to project management after orders.

Formación

• Required: degree in engineering or related field and strong technical sales/customer-facing experience.
• Proven track record growing strategic accounts and managing pipelines.
• Fluent English and Spanish in business contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the MVS commercial strategy for Mexico.
• Grow key accounts including OEMs, Tier 1s, and system integrators.
• Identify applications to improve quality, productivity and inspection.
• Meet with customers, map plants, stakeholders, and opportunities.
• Prepare account plans and maintain CRM discipline.
• Lead qualification, pricing, and negotiation for opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical experts to define feasible MVS solutions.
• Support aftersales growth through services and upgrades.
• Collaborate with IAS teams to focus on MVS products.
