Job summary

Capgemini Mexico is seeking a senior Data Scientist to lead the development and optimization of predictive and prescriptive models that support marketing, personalization, and customer lifecycle strategies.

You will partner with business stakeholders, define success metrics, and own the full model lifecycle from feature engineering to deployment and monitoring, while mentoring peers and aligning with Data Engineering and MLOps teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data science experience building, validating, deploying, and optimizing models in production.
• Strong expertise in ML, feature engineering, evaluation, and backtesting.
• Experience applying DS to marketing use cases like segmentation, personalization, or campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of predictive and prescriptive models for marketing, personalization, and customer lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate opportunities into DS solutions and define success metrics.
• Own model lifecycle: feature engineering, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
