Job summary

Capgemini Mexico is seeking a senior data engineer to lead analysis, troubleshooting, and modernization of enterprise data pipelines built on SQL Server and SSIS. You will migrate workloads to Snowflake or Hive and drive architectural decisions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale data solutions.
• Expert-level SQL skills, including complex query development, performance tuning, data analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of large-volume transactional and analytical datasets.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and SSIS in production environments.
• Experience migrating legacy data ecosystems to Snowflake and Hive with independent technical leadership.
• Fluent English.
