CHANEL in Guadalajara is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for the Andares boutique. You translate the seasonal inspiration into in-store displays, windows, and walls, ensuring alignment with local market sensibilities.

You will collaborate with sales teams, maintain VM guidelines, rotate products weekly, and deliver an engaging client journey that reflects CHANEL's heritage and luxury standards.

Formación

• You have at least 3 years of documented related experience.
• Self-driven, positive and independent.
• Trustworthy with high integrity and ethics.
• Creative and innovative.
• Experience in basic computer software and digital photography.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for client experience, luxury and beauty.
• Able to move heavy items.
• Fluent Spanish and Advanced English proficiency are required.

Responsabilidades

• Express the artistic direction of CHANEL in-store through displays and windows.
• Ensure clients are welcomed into a desirable environment in line with VM and inventory procedures.
• Know and apply VM guidelines and boutique procedures.
• Maintain image of the Boutique and the good condition of windows (display, cleanliness, lighting).
• Contribute to weekly rotations and restocking of displays.
• Label and price displays accurately.
• Keep sales teams informed of proper display arrangements.
• Monitor VM tools stock and communicate needs to the manager.
• Collaborate with Boutique teams to elevate the client experience.
• Represent CHANEL’s style and inspire clientele with knowledge of the brand heritage and collections.
• Develop ideas by staying informed on luxury fashion trends.
• Participate in events outside the Boutique as needed.
• Provide photo display reporting by deadlines.
