CHANEL Guadalajara boutique seeks a Boutique Director to lead the luxury retail operation. You will define the boutique strategy, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional client experiences while embodying the CHANEL brand and values.

You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, manage operating standards, and collaborate with marketing and cross-functional partners to strengthen CHANEL's presence in Mexico.

Formación

• Extensive luxury retail leadership with full P&L accountability.
• Proven ability to develop luxury client relationships and drive sales.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and inspiring development.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the boutique business strategy aligned with brand priorities.
• Drive sustainable growth through sales, profitability, and client development.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, succession planning and performance conversations.
• Ensure operational excellence in inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with marketing, client engagement and cross-functional teams.
