Fendi in Monterrey seeks a Store Manager to own the business, lead the team, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will drive sales, manage merchandise, and build a high-performing environment, with a focus on luxury service and brand standards.

You will oversee operations, events, CRM initiatives, and cost controls while cultivating succession plans and internal growth for staff, aligning with LVMH standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ related experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent social skills: communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Organizational and digital literacy.
• Must have flexible schedule: some nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilités

• Drive and increase sales performance for overall business.
• Analyze the business, propose action plans to improve results and reactivate clients.
• Develop a sales strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Manage store, employees, merchandise and P&L responsibilities.
• Lead customer service quality and mentor team.
• Develop VIP and CRM relationships with clients.
• Coordinate events with merchandising and retail events teams.
• Ensure stock, inventory accuracy and cost controls.
