Four Seasons Baja California Sur is seeking a Pool & Beach Supervisor to ensure the efficient operation of the pool and beach areas, delivering exceptional and consistent service in line with Four Seasons standards. The role blends operational leadership, staff management, and guest experience supervision within the company’s service culture.

Responsibilities include leading a team, resolving guest feedback, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and preparing daily operation reports.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum 3 years in a Food & Beverage Leadership role.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale environment is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure professional, courteous, warm, and efficient service at all times.
• Handle guest complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Lead and coordinate assigned staff for smooth operations.
• Implement development programs for service standards and hotel policies.
• Prepare daily operational reports and end-of-shift documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
