The Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Pool & Beach Server to deliver food and beverage service to guests and clients with every interaction guided by luxury standards.

You will guide guests through outlet concepts, ensure complete satisfaction, and maintain high service quality under pressure. Fluent English and strong guest-relations skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of high service standards.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Proactive and able to multitask.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide food and beverage service to guests and clients.
• Guide guests in the concept of the outlet and products.
• Strive for complete satisfaction of guest expectations.
• Attend training and comply with safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Anticipate guest needs and manage service during busy periods.
