Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Cabo Del Sol is seeking a Security Agent to safeguard employees, guests, visitors, and hotel property, while delivering the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety operations, learning fire safety equipment, and handling guest and staff interactions with courtesy and professionalism. Valid work authorization in Mexico and Spanish proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Security field required.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Technical certifications in first aid, rescue operations, evacuations, hurricane preparedness, and bomb threat response.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the Security Department, guests, employees, and all hotel property.
• Become familiar with the hotel’s fire safety equipment to respond quickly to emergencies.
• Handle interactions with employees and guests with hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests; resolve guest complaints; assist with hotel services inquiries.
