Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is opening and seeks a Guest Relations Manager to craft and oversee ultra-luxury guest experiences from pre-opening through launch. You will develop guest journey strategies, VIP programs, and service recovery protocols that support the hotel’s positioning as a leading ultra-luxury destination.

You will be a key advocate for guest satisfaction, ensure brand standards are met, and collaborate with multiple departments to anticipate and deliver personalized

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality guest relations or front office leadership.
• Previous experience in Forbes Five-Star or equivalent luxury environments.
• Pre-opening experience strongly preferred.
