Four Seasons Punta Mita seeks a guest service professional to deliver personalized luxury experiences to high-profile guests. You will manage reservations, coordinate services, and uphold the resort’s standards of confidentiality and hospitality.

You will work with a team across F&B, housekeeping, and engineering to ensure seamless stays. Advanced English is required; the role emphasizes discretion, guest relations, and readiness to assist with emergencies and safety.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency and experience serving high-profile guests or clients.
• Ability to provide personalized services and technical assistance with devices.
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of F&B, housekeeping, and resort operations.
• Ability to manage reservations, activities, and transportation arrangements.
• Capability to review room folios and suggest experiences based on guest preferences.
• Respond to managers’ requests and report incidents per resort policies.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and ability to provide first aid.
• Physical ability to carry luggage up to 25 kg (55 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms meeting F&B, housekeeping, and engineering standards.
• Coordinate reservations, tours, and services requested by guests.
• Maintain communication with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage activity changes or cancellations ensuring guest needs.
