Job summary

Banyan Tree Veya Valle de Guadalupe seeks an accomplished Food & Beverage Manager to lead the resort’s F&B division, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while delivering sustainable profitability. This role requires luxury hospitality expertise, strong financial acumen, operational excellence, and a commercial vision.

You will oversee revenue management, menu engineering, cost controls, payroll productivity, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory across outlets.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in luxury Food & Beverage environments.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with P&L, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Ability to develop and position distinctive restaurant concepts and experiences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial and operational performance of the F&B division and its outlets.
• Review P&L, budgets, forecasts, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop action plans to increase revenue and profitability without compromising guest experience.
• Collaborate with Finance to strengthen cost controls, purchasing, inventory management, and productivity.
• Position restaurants as culinary destinations and drive experiential programming.
