Banyan Tree Veya – Valle de Guadalupe is seeking an F&B, Sales & PR Coordinator to champion our food and beverage experiences across Valle de Guadalupe and nearby markets. You will position our restaurants, bars, and experiences, build strong partnerships with wineries and local businesses, and drive awareness and revenue through targeted sales and public relations efforts.

This role requires a storyteller with excellent communication, fluent English and Spanish, and a passion for luxury

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury hospitality and experiential travel.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to build partnerships with wineries, tour operators, and local businesses.
• Independent with strong teamwork and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the official representative of Banyan Tree Veya’s F&B outlets across Valle de Guadalupe and surrounding markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key commercial partners, including wineries, tour operators, local businesses, and concierges.
• Promote restaurants, bars, events, and experiential offerings to drive foot traffic and revenue.
• Identify new sales opportunities, partnerships, and collaboration initiatives.
• Coordinate on-site visits, tastings, site inspections, and familiarization experiences.
• Support the creation and execution of PR and marketing initiatives aligned with the brand.
• Ensure consistent and elevated brand messaging across all external interactions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, F&B, Events, and Revenue teams to align strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences.
• Track performance, generate reports, and provide insights on opportunities and results.
• Participate in local events and networking opportunities as a brand ambassador.
