Arrow Electronics, Inc. busca un Coordinador de Capacitación Logística para gestionar materiales y sesiones de formación en la sede de Jalisco. Se encargará de la entrega de formaciones a nuevos empleados y de la documentación de resultados, asegurando calidad y continuidad de los programas.

El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en capacitación, dominio de inglés y habilidades de comunicación, con capacidad de planificar y coordinar múltiples actividades logísticas de manera eficiente.

Formación

• 2 años de experiencia apoyando al equipo de capacitación.
• Dominio de MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Inglés fluido (lectura/escritura y comunicación).
• Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
• Gestión del tiempo y planificación de onboarding con previsión de contrataciones.
• Habilidades organizativas para coordinar múltiples programas y logística.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión de materiales y recursos de formación.
• Organizar y coordinar sesiones de entrenamiento, incluida la programación y la impresión de materiales y listas de asistentes.
• Facilitar la orientación a nuevos colaboradores y formaciones anuales.
• Mantener registros y generación de informes en ETQ.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage training materials and resources.
• Logistics Management: Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, printing of training materials and participant rosters.
• Training Delivery: Facilitate New Hire Orientation/ Annual Training sessions.
• Evaluation and Reporting: Maintain records in ETQ.

What We Are Looking For

• 2 years of experience supporting the training team, onboarding new employees.
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively convey information and engage participants in all areas of training.
• Time Management Skills: Plans onboarding based on hiring forecasts and preparing materials well in advance.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple training programs and logistics efficiently.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $19,991.67 - $26,000.00 MXN Monthly Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
