Vertiv in Mexicali seeks an experienced IMMEX compliance professional to coordinate import/export operations and ensure adherence to customs regulations and internal procedures.

You will work closely with Customs Brokers and multiple internal departments to maintain accurate inventory management and proper execution of IMMEX activities, including handling regime changes and regulatory filings. Experience with Annex 24 and non-tariff regulations is essential.

Formación

• Experience coordinating import/export operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and IMMEX requirements.
• Ability to monitor inventory in line with Annex 24.

• Coordinate and supervise import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
• Maintain coordination with Customs Brokers for timely clearances, inspections, amendments, and government requirements.
• Administer and monitor inventory control per Annex 24 requirements.
• Coordinate with internal areas to ensure execution and traceability of IMMEX operations.
• Ensure correct application of customs regimes and verify transactions within authorized terms.

• Coordinate and supervise import and export operations, ensuring compliance with current customs regulations and the company’s internal procedures.
• Maintain constant coordination with Customs Brokers to ensure timely clearances, addressing inspections, amendments, operational errors, and government requirements.
• Administer and monitor proper inventory control in accordance with Annex 24 requirements.
• Coordinate with internal areas such as logistics, planning, production, procurement, engineering, and Compliance to ensure proper execution and traceability of IMMEX operations.
• Ensure the correct application of customs regimes (temporary imports, virtual operations, returns, and changes of regime), verifying that transactions are executed within authorized terms and conditions.
• Monitor compliance with Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions applicable to IMMEX operations (NOMs, prior permits, automatic notices, quotas, certifications, among others).
• Supervise the proper preparation, validation, and transmission of customs declarations, ensuring consistency of tariff, tax, and identifier information.
• Ensure the integration and retention of foreign trade compliance files in accordance with current regulations.
• Coordinate customs support during extended hours, second shifts, and/or weekends, as required by operational needs.
