Job summary

Knorr-Bremse's KB Rail Mexico team in Acuna, Coahuila, is seeking a Logistics Specialist who will expedite orders, provide priorities to operations, and issue ship dates for backlog and open orders. You will also create shipments and coordinate with sales, operations, and carriers.

The role requires SAP (PP/MM/WM) knowledge, strong Microsoft Office skills, and bilingual Spanish/English abilities. You will work on-site with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate shipping and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual: Spanish and English required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in SAP (PP, MM, WM) navigation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Expedite orders and provide priorities to operations.
• Create and update shipments (SID) and ship dates.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and carriers to resolve issues.
• Assist with SAP WM cockpit and cycle counting as needed.
• Prepare daily workload in AMS/OE for warehouse staff.
• Maintain documentation and instructions for warehouse staff.
• Support KPI tracking and compliance with company policies.
