KB Rail Mexico is hiring a Master Production Scheduler to develop the master production plan ensuring customer demand is met while maintaining minimum inventory. The role collaborates across sales, logistics, and manufacturing, using SAP to manage production and inventory flows within a dynamic, on-site environment in Acuna, Coahuila, MX.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, a materials management background, and APICS familiarity, with a strong focus on planning accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Materials Management or related field.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops the master production schedule aligned to plant capacity and sales forecast.
• Collaborates with Inside Sales and customers to improve service levels.
• Performs daily SAP transactions: reporting production, inventory transfers, and error resolution.
• Serves as primary liaison with sales, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Coordinates availability of raw materials, equipment and staff to meet delivery dates.
• Maintains and updates the master distribution schedule for the facility.
• Leads periodic forecasting and planning meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Performs other related duties as required.
