Job summary

Knorr-Bremse AG in Ciudad Acuña, Mexico, seeks a Logistics Specialist to work closely with the Customer Excellence Representative and operations team to expedite and set priorities for shipments, and to provide ship dates for backlog and open orders.

You will create and update shipments in SAP, coordinate with sales and carriers, and prepare export documentation in compliance with regulations. This role requires bilingual Spanish and English proficiency and solid SAP and logistics knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English required.
• Associate degree preferred in business or materials management.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and set priorities for operations, and provide ship dates for backlog and open orders.
• Create and update shipments using SAP (SID) for LTL or full truckload shipments.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and shipping companies to resolve issues.
• Prepare documentation for export shipments adhering to government regulations.
• Monitor and audit international direct shipments; liaise with suppliers and NYAB sales.
• Assist with SAP WM cockpit and cycle counting when required.
• Develop and maintain warehouse documentation and procedures.
• Support KPI tracking and PSA activities.
