Job summary

Bunge is seeking an Outbound Logistic Analyst in Mexico City. You will join a global team focusing on delivering finished products from tolling partners to customers, optimizing efficiency, service, and cost.

Responsibilities include creating weekly delivery programs, validating orders, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring accurate invoicing and documentation. A strong background in logistics, SAP, and Excel is required, with experience in food product transport preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in logistics and distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, transport engineering, or administration.
• Desirable knowledge in transportation of food products and liquids.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the delivery of finished products to customers on time in full.
• Elaborate finished product delivery program according to weekly customer/sales plans.
• Validate sales orders and generate shipments for the daily program.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to meet weekly demand and transport availability.
• Prepare and share all shipment documentation with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor daily delivery process with third‑party carriers and manufacturing partners.
• Review outbound carrier invoices against pre‑approved rates and ensure accuracy.
• Manage and reconcile all outbound operation invoices and SAP cost accruals.
• Follow maintenance programs for carrier fleets and ensure delivery safety.
