FedEx Express México is seeking an Operations Handler in Oaxaca to support the reception of products and fulfillment of customer orders. You will ensure packages are prepared for dispatch and handled safely in a busy warehouse environment.

This role requires basic English, the ability to lift heavy loads, and flexibility to work variable shifts. Training and safety protocols are provided as part of a collaborative team.

Formación

• Middle School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Basic English skills.
• General knowledge of warehouse, packaging, inventories.

Responsabilidades

• Provides efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages.
• Checks packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of content, weight and size.
• Provides necessary paperwork such as airway bills and delivery records.
• Seeks additional business from current customers and passes leads to Sales Manager.
• Loads company vehicles safely and audits size/weight of packages.
• Assists in unloading customer merchandise and palletizing when needed.
• Operates forklifts or pallet jacks only if certified.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
