BYD Mexico is seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst to monitor domestic and international shipments, track performance, and maintain accurate logistics data. The role involves coordinating with 3PL providers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, 2–4 years of logistics experience, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Maximum 2–4 years of stable experience in logistics operations, transportation, or supply chain.
• Solid knowledge of logistics processes, transportation operations, and 3PL management.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form is required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and follow up on domestic and international shipments with 3PL providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track shipment status and prepare reports and dashboards to analyze transportation performance and shipping lead times.
• Maintain and update logistics systems with accurate operational information and cross-functional requirements.
• Monitor pending units and coordinate shipment priorities to ensure timely distribution.
• Develop weekly and monthly logistics reports, identifying key trends and performance indicators.
• Measure and evaluate supplier performance through KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Supply Chain, Sales, Warehouse, and Operations, to ensure seamless logistics execution.
