Valeo is seeking a Physical Flows Manager/Supervis in the Logistics Organization in Mexico to lead daily logistics operations, manage onboarding for new hires, and develop training plans to build team autonomy. You will monitor safety compliance, enforce standards, and drive continuous improvement with the CIM team and TPM practices.
The role requires coordinating with support functions to resolve issues and optimize SQCDM metrics.
