Flex is seeking a Logistics Analyst for the Guadalajara North Site to enhance product workflows and develop logistics plans across production, distribution, and inventory. You will create and revise procedures to maximize client satisfaction while minimizing costs.

You will research data, model logistics processes, and prepare performance reports that guide decisions. English proficiency and the ability to work night shifts are required to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade.
• Knowledge of logistics and shipment management.
• Strong client communication and English proficiency.
• Ability to work the night shift and handle pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve logistics plans affecting production, distribution and inventory.
• Create and review logistics procedures to maximize service levels and minimize cost.
• Research logistics data using data mining, modeling, and cost/benefit analyses.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics and assist in SOPs.
