Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice, seeking a Warehouse Manager for Guadalajara, North Campus. You will direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution, supervise staff, control inventory levels, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

This role supports our growth through strong process discipline and budget awareness. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in manufacturing and materials management, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Background in manufacturing is required.
• Experience in materials management and inventory management.
• Experience in reception area and material assortment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Enforce procedures and safety policies across the team.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with local warehousing and shipping requirements.
• Plan layouts and maintain equipment for efficient flow.
• Manage annual budget and analyze variances.
• Schedule staff to meet workload demands.
• Coordinate floor cycle counts and physical inventories.
