Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for its Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico location in the Customer Service Department.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include building product knowledge, providing shipment updates, processing orders, and coordinating with drivers and other departments.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
• Pursuing a University Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous internship or logistics/customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build expert knowledge of company products and services.
• Provide track and trace updates for shipments and maintain customer relationships.
• Enter, update and process customer orders on various interfaces.
• Coordinate pickup/delivery with drivers and confirm appointments.
• Assist with customs paperwork coordination with other departments.
• Follow procedures for processing bills and assist Customer Service Manager.

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our Customer Service Department based out of Querétaro, Querétaro.

** English fluency is a must **
Monday to Friday 07:00 am to 01:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Build expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services.
• Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.
• Provide track and trace updates for the shipments.
• Continually update customers as to the status of each order as required and solve customer-specific freight issues.
• Entering, updating and processing customer orders on various interfaces.
• Ensure & confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinating with other departments to clear customs paperwork.
• Follow established procedures for processing bills.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

• Currently pursuing a University Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous internship, academic project, customer service, or logistics experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escape tactfully.
• Strong time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
