A diversified organization is seeking a Logistics CSR Supervisor in Veracruz. This role involves training team members and guiding customers through the order process, including answering inquiries about rates and timelines. Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a willingness to work onsite, and the ability to communicate fluently in Tagalog and English. This position offers a fixed day shift schedule and includes various benefits, including leave credits and a 13th month pay.

Formación

• Bachelors Degree holder of any course, open to undergraduate.
• With or without experience are encouraged to apply.
• With experience in supervising staff for at least 1 year.
• Willing to work using emails and calls with customers.
• Amendable to work onsite.
• Amendable to attend face to face interview.

Responsabilidades

• Train and oversee team members
• Guide customer on how to place an order
• Answer inquiries about logistics rate, timeline and shipping
• Answer customers via email, chat and phone calls
• Use Tagalog and English based on customer preferences
• Update customers regarding their ongoing orders
• Help customer place an order once decided
• Provide information of the requirements when using the service
• Double-check if customer requirements are compliant with PEZA
• Update clients if there are delays, issues or concerns about shipment
• The customers inquiries are mostly shipping timeline and rates
