FedEx Express México is seeking an In-House Clerk (Open) for a full-time position in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico. The role supports in the coordination of draws, shipments, and documentation, ensuring accurate processing in customer modules and related systems.

The candidate should have a high school degree, English proficiency (450 TOEIC), and experience in customer service, transportation or logistics. Strong MS Office skills and clear communication are required.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent.
• English: 450 TOEIC points.
• Experience in customer service, transportation or logistics.
• Microsoft Office and administration skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 32 Kg and handle packages up to 68 Kg with proper equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Raffle for shipments from extended areas
• Shipment of shipments from Extended Zones
• Shipping documentation in client modules.
• Monitoring/follow up of customer shipments
• Issuance of reports and generation of pre-alerts for documented shipments in customer modules.
• Creation of reports on empty warehouses and logical stocks of shipments in the warehouse
• Follow up of Proactive FedEx National and International shipments
