FedEx is seeking a logistics support professional to coordinate draws and shipments in Extended Zones. The role includes handling shipment documentation in client modules and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery.

The position requires experience in customer service or logistics, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy packages. English proficiency is required (450 TOEIC points).

Formación

• Experience in customer service, transportation or logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office and administration tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Raffle for shipments from extended areas.
• Shipment coordination from Extended Zones.
• Complete shipment documentation in client modules.
• Monitor and follow up on customer shipments.
• Generate reports and pre-alerts for documented shipments.
• Create reports on empty warehouses and stock levels.
• Follow up on Proactive FedEx National and International shipments.
