FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division seeks an In-House Clerk in Mexico to support coordination of draws, shipments and settlement in extended zones, and to ensure proper documentation and monitoring within client modules.

Under supervision, duties include raffle and shipment handling, documentation, and reporting to track shipments, inventories, and proactive national and international movements. English proficiency is required, high school education is essential.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• English at least 450 TOEIC points.
• Experience in customer service, transportation or logistics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Raffle for shipments from extended areas.
• Shipment handling for extended zones.
• Shipping documentation in client modules.
• Monitoring and follow-up of customer shipments.
• Issuance of reports and pre-alerts for documented shipments.
• Creation of reports on empty warehouses and stock of shipments.
• Follow-up of proactive national and international FedEx shipments.
