TE Connectivity is seeking a Logistics Analyst II for Global Logistics in Hermosillo, MX. The role oversees end-to-end logistics, coordinating inbound and outbound flows to meet customer requirements and internal goals.

Responsibilities include planning daily workload, scheduling freight, and ensuring on-time delivery while collaborating with customs and warehousing teams. A background in SAP/ERP and advanced Excel is preferred, with English proficiency to communicate across global teams.

Formación

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Logistics.
• BS in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, International Trade or related to Logistics.
• Experience with Logistics Planning, Import/Export, and 3PL management; cross-docking is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute outbound, inbound, and local logistics operations.
• Plan and release the distribution center daily workload.
• Schedule local and international freight carriers via email and TMS portals.
• Schedule dedicated units for urgent requests.
• Monitor deliveries end-to-end from origin to destination.
• Manage on-time delivery performance.
• Coordinate with customs to ensure smooth material flow.
• Plan daily exportation units.
• Support warehouse operations with the shipping team.
• Follow TE/EHS and Global Logistics rules and procedures.

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
This position consists of overall logistics activities related to the Planning Workload, Exportation, Importation and Local Processing.

Responsibilities:

• Execute Outbound, Inbound, and local logistics operations.
• Plan and release the DC daily workload.
• Schedule local and international freight carriers via email and TMS portals.
• Schedule dedicated units for urgent requests.
• Monitoring of the deliveries from origin to destination, end to end.
• Management of On-Time Delivery.
• Communication and Coordination with the customs team to have a better flow of material.
• Plan daily exportation units.
• Support on warehouse operations assisting the shipping team.
• Follows the rules and regulations of TE, EHS, and Global Logistics.

Experience/Background:

• At least 1-2 years of experience and practitioner in the field of Logistics
• BS in Industrial Engineering / Business Management / Business and International Trade / or related to Logistics.
• Must have experience and background in Logistics Planning, Importation & Exportation Process, 3PL Management.(customer serv)
• Experience in cross-docking (Inbond process is a plus).
• SAP knowledge or any related ERP System/Application, Advanced Excel Skills
• Advanced English verbal and written.
• Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of urgency
• Strong teambuilding skills with the warehouse team to achieve quality results through team interaction and effective cross-group collaboration.
• Demonstrated personal leadership of cross-functional teams, demonstrating organizational and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to analyze data and use critical thinking to reach logical conclusions and decisions. Results oriented. Relies on fact-based logic for decisions-making.
• Experience working in a large, global organization is a plus.
• Experience working with a third‑party logistics provider is a plus
