Caterpillar is seeking a Logistics Support role based in Nuevo Laredo to provide day-to-day technical and administrative assistance to the logistics team. You will track activities, costs, and expenditures across transportation modes and verify documents for accuracy.

You will also notify departments of schedules and maintain shipment records using established systems. The role emphasizes SOP compliance, English communication, and use of data tools like Power BI and Excel to analyze operations

Formación

• Completed University Degree related to a Supply Chain field.
• English conversational intermediate.
• Knowledge of SOPs and international trade processes.
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides day-to-day technical and administrative support for logistics staff and activities.
• Tracking and reporting on activities, costs and expenditures for all transportation modes.
• Verifying documents and checklists are accurate and complete.
• Notifying departments of shipping or receiving schedules and of any logistics problems.
• Maintaining records of all shipments and invoices using an established system.
