Job summary

Reuters is seeking a Training Administrator to support the Scaled Customer Success and Training Administration Team. The role focuses on maintaining on-demand training materials and live webinar calendars within our Learning Management System for Thomson Reuters Legal products.

The ideal candidate will manage global webinars, enroll users, and provide analytics to stakeholders. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, fluent English, and strong LMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience with LMS and content management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

• Proven project management and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global webinar calendar and schedule events two months in advance.
• Create and update LMS courses based on instructor input.
• Analyze webinar registrations and attendance and report to stakeholders.
• Provide LMS best-practice recommendations to internal partners.
• Manage LMS inquiries via central channels and Forms.
• Upload and maintain elearning content on the LMS.
• Create and manage a library of training badges in the LMS.
• Oversee end-to-end training projects with internal teams and vendors.
