FedEx in Mexico is seeking an Associate-level analytics professional to analyze complex data and generate reports with actionable recommendations. Day-to-day data management in corporate software may be involved, with guidance for less complex tasks.

Under supervision, you will support or lead projects across areas like Operations Analytics, Business Intelligence, and PMO activities, leveraging strong analytical and planning skills to help achieve corporate goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 3 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated planning, organizing and negotiation skills.

Involves completing detailed analysis of complex data, systems or ideas and providing reports and recommendations. May also involve day-to-day data management in company software applications. Position in family will impact accountabilities such that Associate levels may complete some tasks under guidance and may have responsibility for less complex tasks.

Under close supervision, acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise. Main areas of responsibility include: Properties & Real Estate, PUD P&E, Station P&E, Sort System P&E, Hub P&E, Gateway P&E, Incountry Ground Movement P&E, Local Facility P&E, PMO P&E, In-country Clearance Planning Support, Air, Ground Network & Commercial Airlift Implementation Support, Contingency Planning, Road Network Implementation Support, Vehicles & GSE Planning Support, Customer Solutions Engineering Support, Customer Solutions Engineering, Business Intelligence & Analytics (Operations Analytics), Operations Research, Service & QPI (including SED/ SEB), Operations Excellence, P&P Process Compliance, LSSI/ OSC Admin, ISO Compliance & Standards, Commercial Linehaul Design, P&P, Performance Management, Clearance Systems & Solutions (Automation), Real Estate.
