HSBC Mexico invites an experienced professional to join the Global Capability Network as Asset and Liability Capital Management – Governance and Control. The role centers on generating liquidity reporting aligned to US regulation and strengthening the control environment to improve accuracy and end-to-end efficiency.

The role requires collaboration across teams, data management proficiency, and the ability to drive process improvements within GLPI and related forums.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Actuary, Engineering or Economics (desirable).
• Experience with liquidity risk and US liquidity reporting is a plus.
• 2+ years’ experience in process improvement and automation.
• Proficiency with QlikSense, Python, SQL and Alteryx.
• Strong data management and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Produce liquidity reports and analyse outcomes and key metrics.
• Build and enhance controls to ensure reports are produced correctly.
• Understand how reports connect to operational build processes.
• Execute defined plan of reporting improvements and deliver on timelines.
• Structure delivery across internal controls and cross-team collaboration.
• Align prioritisation with remediation actions and audit reports.
• Represent Mex in Finance Change Delivery forums to highlight impacts.
• Drive collaboration with US liquidity team and GLPI governance.
• Contribute to projects linked to reports including technology changes and new implementations.
