Formación

• Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Shipping Supervisor.
• Experience with SAP (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Basic English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate distribution center activities, including receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Lead the distribution center associates to ensure efficiency and meet customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery time standards.
• Coordinate daily shipments to domestic and international customers.
• Record deliveries in SAP and ensure data accuracy.
• Train and supervise assigned personnel.
