Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Sr. LIMS Engineer with extensive LIMS experience to support and enhance LabVantage across global sites. You'll troubleshoot incidents, design configurations, and ensure data integrity in regulated environments.

ROLE focuses on LIMS development, integrations with ERP/MES, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Remote-friendly, with heavy collaboration across IT, Quality, and R&D teams.

Formación

• 7+ years of LIMS support/development experience.
• Hands-on with LabVantage LIMS (preferred) or other LIMS.
• Strong SQL/Oracle/SQL Server knowledge.
• Experience with instrument integration and lab automation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 support for LabVantage LIMS across global sites.
• Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and problems within SLA.
• Design and implement LIMS configurations, workflows, and customizations.
• Ensure data integrity, system health, and compliance with GxP/21 CFR 11.

This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in defining, configuring and deploying industrial digital technologies (including but not limited to PLM and MES) for managing continuity of information across the engineering enterprise, including design, industrialization, manufacturing and supply chain, and for managing the manufacturing data.

This role will focus on application support, incident resolution, enhancements, and development, ensuring system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with business needs. Supporting multiple laboratory workflows, driving system enhancements, troubleshooting complex production issues, and ensuring reliable, compliant LIMS operations.

YOUR ROLE

• Application Support & Operations
• ProvideL2/L3 supportfor LabVantage LIMS across global sites (24x5 / follow-the-sun model as required)
• Troubleshoot and resolveincidents, service requests, and problem ticketswithin SLA timelines
• Performroot cause analysis (RCA)and drive preventive actions
• Monitor system health, performance, and data integrity
• Development & Enhancements
• Design, develop, and implementLIMS configurations, workflows, and customizations
• Supportnew feature developmentaligned with Quality and R&D requirements
• Create and maintainscripts, interfaces, and integrations(instruments, ERP, MES, external systems)
• Performcode reviews, unit testing, and deployment support
• System Integration
• Integrate LIMS with:
• Laboratory instruments
• ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
• MES / Manufacturing systems
• Data platforms and reporting tools
• Supportdata migration, interface troubleshooting and API integrations
• Compliance & Governance
• Ensure system compliance with standards such as:
• GxP, GMP, GLP
• 21 CFR Part 11
• ISO standards (e.g., ISO 17025)
• Maintainaudit trails, validation documentation, and change control processes
• Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Release & Change Management
• Managerelease cycles, patching, and upgrades
• Participate inchange advisory boards (CAB)
• Maintainversion control and deployment pipelines
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner withQuality, R&D, and site lab teamsto gather requirements
• Work withglobal IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Providetraining, knowledge transfer, and documentation
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities for:
• Workflow automation
• Process standardization
• Performance optimization
• Contribute toknowledge base (KB) articles and SOPs

YOUR PROFILE

• Hands-on experience with:
• LabVantage LIMS (preferred) or other LIMS platforms (LabWare, STARLIMS, etc.)
• 7+ yearsof experience in:
• LIMS support/development
• Application support in regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of:
• SQL / Oracle / SQL Server
• Java / JavaScript (preferred)
• Web-based applications and APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Strong proficiency inLIMS BASIC, LabVantage configuration, and visual workflows
• Experience withinstrument integrationand lab automation
• Familiarity withC# / .NET, HTML; Python basics a plus
• Experience with:
• System integrations and middleware
• Data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Business Objects, etc.)
• Azure, Linux, Windows, JBCS, JBOSS, Open JDK, Bartender, Azul Zulu JDK, Bullzip,
