Job summary

Signify in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead portfolio strategy and roadmaps for Mexico and select Latin American markets. You will manage the full lifecycle from opportunity identification to launch and profitable growth, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.

The role requires 5+ years in Product Management or related fields, strong analytical and leadership skills, and fluency in English and Spanish with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, or Business Development.
• Strong lifecycle management, market analysis, pricing, profitability, and regulatory compliance experience (NOM, FIDE, PAESE).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; CRM/ERP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio strategies and product roadmaps for Mexico and selected Latin American markets; manage full product lifecycle from opportunity to launch and growth.
• Identify market opportunities through customer insights, competitive analysis, and channel feedback; build business cases and expansion initiatives.
• Define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies; monitor sales, market share, and profitability to drive growth.
• Oversee product certifications and compliance with NOM, FIDE, PAESE, and other market-entry requirements.
• Lead product commercialization projects with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain; engage customers and partners.
