Citi is seeking a Field Sales Team Lead in Ensenada to guide a sales support team and drive Citi client revenue. The role focuses on coaching, performance management, and delivering results with the Consumer Sales group.

You will develop talent, ensure compliance, and foster strong client relationships across assigned accounts. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in financial sales, excellent communication, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial sales and customer service.
• Proactive leadership and motivational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and evaluate team performance, including hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Service existing accounts and establish new ones to grow revenue.
• Identify client needs and promote Citi products.
• Provide product information and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies while managing risk.
