Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Operations Professional to oversee production processes and support prioritization in alignment with cost and efficiency targets. The role collaborates with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize resources and drive reliability.

The candidate will monitor metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to reduce defects and waste while ensuring adherence to policies and orderly, safe workstations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years experience.
• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes and assist Supervisor in establishing production priorities.
• Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize resources.
• Review production, quality, maintenance and operation reports to identify causes of nonconformity.
• Assist in minimizing scrap and MRO usage; ensure clean work areas and proper stocking of supplies.
• Monitor production metrics and compile monthly reports; seek improvements to reduce defects.
• Ensure line employees follow policies and procedures and that equipment is available for operations.
