Jabil is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing processes and assist the Supervisor in setting priorities. The role focuses on ensuring production quality, optimizing resources, and maintaining data-driven improvements across the line.

Key duties involve coordinating with procurement, maintenance, and quality control, reducing scrap, and monitoring metrics to improve line performance. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production/operations environment.
• Experience coordinating production with procurement, maintenance, and quality control.
• Solid understanding of quality control standards and metrics.

Responsabilités

• Establish production and quality standards with management.
• Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize resources.
• Review production, quality, maintenance and operation reports to identify causes of nonconformity.
• Minimize scrap and manage MRO usage; ensure workstation cleanliness and readiness.
• Monitor production metrics and prepare monthly report cards for performance review.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and proper stocking of supplies.
