Schneider Electric in Nuevo León, Apodaca is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to enforce HSE and quality processes on the shop floor. You will lead a team, coordinate with the manufacturing manager, and ensure production schedules are met while controlling cost, quality, and lead time.

The role requires 2+ years in supervision, proficiency with SAP, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and strong English. You will develop training plans, drive continuous improvement, and participate in plant-level

Formación

• Degree in related fields.
• 2+ years experience as a manufacturing supervisor.
• Leadership skills.
• Experience with direct reports, leading a team of 25+ people.
• SAP knowledge.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 8D, Kaizen.
• Experience managing payroll administration systems (incidents, attendance, overtime).
• Advanced English level.
