Job summary

BD Nogales is seeking a Production Supervisor for the MEX Nogales South site. You will oversee line performance, apply Lean 5S, monitor metrics, and coordinate shifts to drive safety and quality improvements.

Required: Bachelor/Engineering degree, 5 years in production supervision preferred, GMP/ISO knowledge. Beginner language skills. Join to support continuous improvement and daily planning in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Engineering degree completed.
• Five years minimum experience as production supervisor preferred.
• GMP / ISO knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Ergonomic policies and procedures.
• Monitors production line metrics and communicates plan progress to shifts.
• Implements Lean 5S to keep line elements clean and organized.
• Supports quality and cost improvement projects.
• Trains and guides Leader Operator and Universal Operator.
