Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of business processes and strategic planning.
• Ensure adherence to policies, GMP, and safety standards.
• Oversee resource optimization and quality/cost metrics.
• Align area goals with plant strategy and annual plan.
• Drive CAPA, MRRs, rework, audits, and cross-functional support.
