Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan daily production, manage capacity and material availability, and supervise staff to meet safety, quality and production goals.

You will monitor process results and drive improvements, coordinating cell production meetings and leading cross-functional teams with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ERP tools. A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience are required, along with Advanced English.

• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and ERP is preferred.
• Advanced English required.

Knowledge of at least one of the following processes:

• Hardware installations
• Sheetmetal forming
• Special process like paint, heat treat or chemical conversion
• CNC

Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

Supervises resources and develop programs based on production capacity and material availability.Monitoring results of process and making the necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety, quality and production, supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill .
• Detect area needs .
• Lead improvement projects .
• Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.

• Advanced English.
• Experience in project development at SBU Level.
• Experience in Decision making at Program Level.
• Experience in Develop Strategies aligning Cross Functional Teams.
• Project Management.
